IHcPro Housing Support offers accommodation for clients referred to our services by their Local Authority and based on the results of your needs assessment.
Our Housing Support Team will assign a Housing Officer for your case. The Housing Officer will work with you to cocreate your support plan and take you through the tenant journey. This journey follows the below service process
We provide a full support service to those in need, aiming to maximize the success of your tenancy and guide you towards a secure and safe lifestyle.
We accept referrals from local authorities for those in need of housing support. Referrals can be completed in 2 ways:
The IHcPro Housing Support Team will assess the referral using its eligibility criteria, the prospective tenant's needs, and available properties, and they will assign a Housing Support Worker to handle the application
The assigned Housing Support Worker will conduct the required reference checks for the prospective tenant, including references from the local authority, previous landlord, current employer, and support worker.
After reviewing the referral and completing the compliance checks, a manager will interview the prospective tenant to ensure their suitability and engagement with the offered provision. A review of the interview outcome and an evaluation of the eligibility, if successful, an offer will extended to the prospective tenant.
