We have made some changes to how reports work and are displayed in Care Identity Management.
Smartcard statuses
Smartcard statuses are now more accurate. Previously if a smartcard's status was shown as 'Expired', it could have been either expired or cancelled. The service will now reflect the exact status of these smartcards.
We have also changed the meaning of the 'Repair' smartcard status. This now means that a card needs to be repaired, rather than having been repaired some time in the past. This should make this status more helpful for Registration Authority users.
Registered users report
The data in the registered users report has been cleaned up. These reports will no longer contain lots of data for roles and activities the user no longer has.
New filters
We have added new filters to the top of the smartcard and user dashboards.
You can now filter smartcards by their statuses on both the user dashboard and the smartcard dashboard.
The user dashboard also now includes a filter to show users based on whether their profiles are active or inactive.
